Academia

During my academic career as a student research assistant I was part of a couple of exciting research projects in computer vision and computer graphics. not all of them were success stories but two of them led to publications. first paper from 2016 is about 3D gaze estimation from 2D pupil positions on monocular head-mounted eye trackers. and the second paper from 2018 is on Light-field appearance editing based on intrinsic decomposition. I have also enjoyed helping students and professors as teaching assistant both during my bachelors and my masters in several technical and theoretical courses. most favorite ones were definitly tutoring graduate courses on Gemetric Modeling and Partial Differential Equations.
